Parking
✦ Downtown parking: no reserved spot; there are a couple of parking decks nearby that offer overnight/daily and hourly options (we recommend the one on Market Street between Front and 2nd Street) that currently have $14 max daily rates and a few nearby lots (the closest is on the corner of Water St and Orange St, right by the condo), although those daily rates are higher.
✦ There are also several street spots, but most are paid and some have a 2 hour limit. The prices for these are currently $3.65/hour. These spots are free after 6:30pm and have no time limit from that time until 9am the next morning.
✦ Along Front Street, starting at Ann Street and moving South, there are street parking spots that are free and have no time limit. Just make sure when you park in these areas that you don’t block any driveways.
✦ If you plan to move your car often, it may make more sense to try street spots, depending on how long you will be out and about. Parking mostly just depends on what’s available at the time and where you feel comfortable parking!
